Keep your Washr Pro MK11 pressure washer running safely with this genuine replacement electrical trip/reset switch. Rated at 10 amps, this 2-pole switch features a threaded waterproof cap for reliable protection in wet working environments — purpose-built for pressure washer applications.

Do You Need a New Reset Switch?

The trip/reset switch is a safety component that cuts power to the motor under fault conditions. You may need to replace it if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • The unit trips out and will not restart, even after pressing the reset button
  • The reset button does not click or feels loose/damaged
  • The unit cuts out intermittently under normal load
  • Visible damage, corrosion, or water ingress around the switch

Not sure if the switch is the cause? Contact Our Team or the BigBoi support team before ordering — they can help diagnose the fault and confirm the correct replacement part for your machine.

Replacement Instructions

⚠️ Safety Warning: Electrical work carries risk of serious injury or death. Only attempt this replacement if you are a competent person with appropriate electrical knowledge and experience. If in doubt, engage a licensed electrician. Always disconnect the unit from the power supply before commencing any work. Comply with all applicable Australian electrical safety regulations.

  1. Remove the green front cover. Using a 4mm Allen key, remove the 4 screws securing the green cover to the front of the pressure washer. Carefully set aside the spring washers and rubber seals — do not lose these.
  2. Remove the reset switch. Unscrew the threaded waterproof cap to release the switch from the housing.
  3. Transfer the wiring. Remove and reconnect each wire to the new switch one at a time to ensure correct terminal placement.
  4. Install the new switch. Fit the new switch into the green housing and secure with the waterproof cap.
  5. Reinstall the front cover. Refit the spring washers and rubber seals in the correct order. Gently tighten the bolts, ensuring the housing seal is correctly seated and no wiring is pinched.
