Replace your worn or damaged machine covers to keep your Rupes Bigfoot DA polishing machines in perfect condition.
Installation Instructions for Rear Cover:
Recommended to only be carried out by competent persons
- Remove the 2 screws that hold the rear cover on
- Slide the cover of the tail of the machine.
- Remove the electrical lead securing clamp and lead terminal screws.
- Slide the lead out of the old cover, and into the new cover,
- Re install lead to machine, taking care to ensure it follows the original routing.
- Sit new cover into place taking care not to crush any of the machine wires, and ensuring that the switch mechanism is correctly placed.
- Re-install rear cover screws.
Pro tip: While you're in there you're really close to the brushes too. It will pay to check those at the same time.
