Engineered in-house by RUPES to deliver superior sanding results on contoured and curved surfaces. These precision foam interface pads allow Sanding Discs to adapt to different panel shapes, creating a more consistent, professional finish.
Available Thicknesses:
- 7mm - Standard cushioning for general contour work (990.013)
- 12mm - Enhanced cushioning for aggressive curves and profiles (990.014)
Professional Application: The interface pad sits between your backing plate and sanding disc, acting as a shock absorber that allows the abrasive to follow panel contours. Essential for achieving defect-free finishes on curved surfaces, body lines, and complex panel shapes.
