Replace your worn or damaged lead protectors to keep your Rupes Bigfoot DA polishing machines in perfect condition. 

Note: for LHR75e and LHR12e please use 42.105

Installation Guide for Power Lead Protector:

Recommended to only be carried out by competent persons 

1. Remove the 4 screws that hold the lower cover on
2. Lift the top cover off
3. Remove the electrical lead securing clamp and disconnect the power lead.
4. Slide the old cover of the lead and the new cover on
5. Re install lead to machine and fasten the securing clamp, taking care to ensure it follows the original routing.
6. Sit upper cover into place taking care not to crush any of the machine wires and ensuring that the switch mechanism is correctly placed.
7. Re-install lower cover screws.

Pro tip:While you're in there, you're really close to the brushestoo. It will pay to check those at the same time.
