Shipping Information

All orders will be dispatched within two ~ three business days when stock is available.  

Once products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. However, if a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, we will do our best to work with you to amend this. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the us within 3 days of receiving the order for any loss or damages. Replacements will be at our discretion once assessments are completed. We always encourage you to select the shipping option with transit insurance for your peace of mind. You will then be fully covered for any loss or damage incurred during transportation or delivery. Please enter your shipping address correctly because you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend to the correct address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can aim to amend with the courier.

Backorder Policy

For any items on back order we will e-mail you or contact you via phone to discuss your options and to provide you with estimated arrival times. As a general rule if a product is out of stock we will prevent orders from being processed at the website. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock and we have smaller sizes we will fulfill your order. e.g if you order 1 Litre of product and we are sold out, we will supply 4 x 250ml bottles (Or similar) at no extra cost to you.

COVID 19 update

Please be aware that Coronavirus is currently presenting challenges to all freight companies and there are still some delays being experienced in delivering product.  When placing your order please be mindful of this situation and factor in extra time for your delivery.

NOTE: Please be aware of international customs charging higher duties/taxes since Covid 19 that may be due on parcels inbound to recipients. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that occur once their order is shipped. We do not account individual import duties/taxes in relevant countries unfortunately in our freight charges.

Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post deliveries to all locations in Australia & New Zealand using your choice of Express or Standard post. All shipping charges are calculated at the checkout by the official Australia Post plugin/App.

If you want your order quickly, we do offer Express Post to all locations in Australia via Australia Post at scheduled rates.

Shipping Internationally

We ship anywhere around the world. International orders are sent with the most economical courier and usually take between 10 – 21 days depending on your country. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any Customs duty, Excise duty and/or import VAT upon arrival in your country.

Tracking & Signature on Delivery

We provide tracking info on all orders.  These will be emailed to you once your order is scanned at the courier’s depot in transit to you. 

All our packages will be sent via registered post with signature on delivery for your peace of mind and security.
